The academic year is 15th Shabaan of every year. This is the day when student will be required to pay his or her annual registration fee and will receive an updated transcript from the Alqaem Institute as well as any necessary updates pertaining to the students' status with the Alqaem Institute.

For the 2007-2008 school year this day will be August 27 with actual verification based on the moon.
